Customer Portal
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ U.G.I. has integrated a “Customer Portal” to our website so YOU can view your account! Here are directions on how to access your account: 1.) Click on the “Login” button. 2.) At the bottom of the new window, select “Click to begin”. 3.) The new window allows you to find class times without logging in or you may login to your account by selecting the appropriate buttons. 4.) If you have never been on the portal before but your child is enrolled in something at UGI, click the “Forgot Password” link. It will then ask you for an email. Use the first email you supplied to us on your registration form and follow the prompts. A new temporary password will be sent to your email. You will then be able to access your account with the temporary password. If you are having trouble accessing your account, please contact us and we can let you know what email we have on file and/or reset your password to generate a temporary one from our end. With the Customer Portal, you are able to check your account balance, view classes, update contact info, and see skill evaluations! We hope you find the Customer Portal useful!
