Flip*Stars Recreational Program

Our goal is to develop each individual’s potential in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. All levels of the U.G.I. program stress the importance of mastery of fundamentals on each of the Olympic events (Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor) and also on the Trampoline. Skill groups and progressions emphasized at each level have been determined as essential steps to the overall safety and development of each individual. Gymnasts are striving towards the goal of mastering skills on each of the apparatus by being able to perform each using correct technique and form. Once this goal is achieved a gymnast will be recommended to a more advanced level where new, challenging skills will be introduced. The Girls Recreational Program consists of 5 class levels.
